It's a pdf.
[UPDATE]: Gdocs' preview function is being rather uncooperative, or I'm just user failing. (Probably the latter.)
If it doesn't open here in Google, try viewing it in Microsoft Docs BETA.
And if THAT doesn't work, here's a question:
WHAT does the step-wise process detailed in this blog post represent?
a) contiguity
b) incompetence
c) statistical regression
d) contingency
a) This post does imply time order, but each successive step doesn't have to follow the previous one immediately. You could do it a year later, and it'd still work.
b) This post does provide an excellent example of incompetence, but the step-wise process does not necessarily represent this.
c) I'd like to think of this as an example of regression to the mean: I normally possess above-average skill/knowledge of technology, but today a confluence of factors, interaction effects and a little bad luck (?) have led to average/mean or rather sub-par and sub-norm performance.
d) Yes. Moving to the next step depended on or was contingent on the prior step failing. (Unless you awesome rule benders and efficiency gurus skipped ahead.)
Sorry and thank you if you actually read all of this. Woo.
